At Dios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery.

Returns Once we've confirmed your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what's necessary to inspect it.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, engraved, or customised cannot be returned unless faulty.
